Lead Teacher
The Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of one classroom's program: planning curriculum, observing and assessing children, partnering with families, and mentoring co-teachers. The Lead Teacher sets the tone and ensures every child has a safe, nurturing, and developmentally rich day.
Teacher
The Teacher partners with the Lead Teacher in running the classroom. They co-plan, co-teach, observe children, maintain safety and hygiene, and step into Lead Teacher duties when the Lead is absent.
Assistant Teacher
The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in the classroom — supervising children, helping lead activities, handling care routines, and contributing to a warm classroom community. This is an entry-to-intermediate role on our career ladder.
